haven't posted on either site for a while. been fighting a nagging pain-in-the-ass cold for about 2 weeks now. i've eaten more chicken noodle soup in the past 10 days then I had all last year.

to be honest, i think it actually hindered my healing. i wonder if it was the brand i was eating...
